All the products available on the website and provided to customers are new and come with standard manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
If a customer has placed the wrong order, he/she should immediately call our customer support and get it corrected right away, so restocking fee doesn’t get applied to the customer. If the order is already shipped or ready for pick up then Digital Devices Ltd reserves the right to charge the restocking fee for the mistaken order.
Our vigilant staff gives special attention while shipping the orders, so the probability of wrong order getting shipped is at minimum possible, but in any case if such situation arises, Digital Devices Ltd will arrange the reshipment of wrongly shipped order.
If in any case ordered products are not working and are within warranty, the customer can get in contact with our support team right away, so we can replace the faulty product after testing and confirming.
