Verbatim's 94527 is a Linear Tape-Open 2(LTO-2) format tape cartridge. It has a tape length of 609m which enables a native data storage capacity of 200GB that can be expanded up to 400GB when compressed. It features the use of a robust tape leader pin technology to ensure proper tape loading for thousands of cycles and greatly reduces the potential for any damage. This tape cartridge has a rugged exterior designed for the most intensive automation environments. The Verbatim 94527 tape cartridge incorporates an active internal head cleaner to extend tape and drive head life and also features a Cartridge Memory (CM) chip that greatly improves the performance and reliability of the tape.
